Utility Blades
These are the work horses - small enough to be useful and inexpensive enough to have. They are all composed of the same type of Damascus as the more expensive blades, but since they are simpler to produce, I can pass the time savings on. The blades w/o bolsters are less expensive than those with bolsters. The handles tend to be small (4.25" long, 0.75..1.0 wide and ~0.75" thick). If you need something bigger, talk to me. The grips are stabilized wood or plastic impregnated wood.

Next to each picture is the ID code for that blade. If you click on the code, the specification page should appear (assuming that I've got every tied together!). If you want to have a better look at the blade, click on the picture.

Composite with 4 bars. An edge without nickel is not present, so edge retention and smooth cutting is problematical - hence it's a letter opener.
